What is subscription?
A subscription is a license to operate a single game account. It is not possible to connect to the server without a registered subscription. The subscription is linked to the e-mail address of the game account and cannot be changed by the user.
What are the differences between trial and paid subscription?
No difference. Both types has the same set of features. The trial marker only signals that the subscription was issued free of charge.

Can I use one subscription for few servers?
Yes, you can use one subscription to play on two or more servers at the same time. The main condition is one email address in the game.
How many days does a trial subscription last?
Trial subscription is valid for 10 days.
I have an active trial subscription, but connecting to the server generates a «Trial version has expired» error. Why?
This is because you or someone else previously received a trial subscription for that game account. Even if you delete the e-mail address of the game account and register in the system again, you will not be able to get a trial subscription to this game account.
