Subscription – license to use any software provided by the Site. The subscription is linked to the e-mail address of the game account and cannot be changed by the user. Operation of the software is possible only if you have a subscription.
Machine – pre-configured cloud servers, which are fully ready for round-the-clock operation of the bot.

Provision of services is provided only to registered Users. New users are registered at this address. During registration, Users are required to provide only valid email addresses. It is forbidden to use temporary mailboxes or e-mail addresses that belong to third parties. In case of violations of these rules, Site administration has the right to block the User's account at any time.
The order of services is made in the personal area of the User, access to which is provided after the registration process. Payment for services is made by debiting the current balance of the User. The order of replenishment is described on this page.
Site administration has the right to delete expired service of User at any time.
The procedure and conditions of refund for active services are described in the Refund Policy.
Site administration has the right to delete the User account from the Site database at any time, if the following conditions are met (compliance with all conditions is mandatory):
Financial and technical support of Users is provided at: support@altabot.com. The average processing time of requests is 24 hours, but may vary depending on the complexity of the ticket and the workload of Site administration. Only requests from registered Users with non-zero payment history are accepted for mandatory review.
We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any software and services provided by Site.
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time and you should check this Terms and Conditions periodically.
